1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes through our trusted delivery partners.

At present, we do not offer international shipping.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant shipping and tracking information.

3. DELIVERY TIME

Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the destination, courier service, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is completely FREE across India.

There are NO additional shipping charges on your order.

There is NO minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders up to ₹4,999.

Orders above ₹4,999 are not eligible for COD and must be placed using an available prepaid payment method.

COD availability may also depend on the serviceability of your PIN code.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through the contact details provided during checkout.

You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our delivery partners may make multiple delivery attempts if you are unavailable at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that the correct address and contact number are provided while placing your order.

8. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us at cottonelevenindia@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photographs.

We will coordinate with the delivery partner and provide an appropriate resolution as per our policies.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
