Q1. What is Cotton Eleven’s return & exchange policy?

At Cotton Eleven, we offer a 7-Day Easy Return & Exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.

If the size isn’t right, you received the wrong product, or you’ve simply changed your mind, you can raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in its original condition with all tags intact.

For wrong, damaged or defective products, we arrange the return pickup at no additional cost.

Q2. How can I exchange my product?

Need a different size or want to exchange your shirt for another eligible product? We’ve made it simple.

Option 1 — Exchange Online:
Raise your exchange request through our [Exchange Now] link and submit your Order Number and Registered Mobile Number.

Option 2 — WhatsApp:
Message us on +91 77738 63441 with your Order Number and reason for exchange.

Option 3 — Email:
Write to us at cottonelevenindia@gmail.com with your Order Number and exchange details.

Once your request is received, our team will verify your order details and guide you through the exchange process.

Please note: Your Order Number and Mobile Number must match the details provided at the time of placing the order. Our team may contact you on the registered number for verification.

Please keep your Order Number and Registered Mobile Number ready. Once we receive your request, our team will verify the details and guide you through the return process.

Q4. What if I receive a damaged, defective or incorrect shirt?

We’re sorry if your order didn’t arrive as expected.

Please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographs of the product along with your Order Number and Registered Mobile Number.

After verification, Cotton Eleven will arrange a suitable resolution, including a replacement, exchange or full refund, depending on the issue.

For damaged or incorrect products, the return pickup will be arranged by us.

Q5. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned product and complete our quality inspection, the refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days.

The amount may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, eligible refunds will be processed through UPI or bank transfer after verification.

Q6. Can I return a shirt after trying it on?

Yes. You may try the shirt for size and fit, but the product must remain in its original condition.

For a return or exchange to be accepted, the shirt must be:

  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Unworn beyond a basic fit check
  • Free from stains, marks, perfume or other signs of use
  • Returned with its original tags and packaging

If you notice a manufacturing defect after washing, please contact us with clear photographs and order details. Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Q7. How long does the return & exchange process take?

Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you through the pickup or return process.

After the product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check. Once approved, the exchange or refund will be processed as applicable.

For refunds, please allow 2–3 business days for processing and an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method.

Q8. What products are not eligible for return or exchange?

Products may not be eligible if they have been:

  • Washed or laundered
  • Altered or modified
  • Worn beyond a basic fit check
  • Damaged, stained or soiled
  • Returned without original tags or packaging
  • Returned after the 7-day return & exchange window

All return and exchange requests are subject to our quality inspection.
